I-130 Immigrant Petition for Relative.

check out visa bulletin on www.travel.state.gov.
That'll answer your questions.
Did you enter the US legally? are you in legal status now and do you plan to maintain it until you can apply for adjustment of status?

I was brought to the US when I was 2 yrs old illegally. No legal status right now. I heard that I should be in Mexico in order to qualify for a green card. But I can not live or go to Mexico because I have a handicapped and I do not know anyone/ no relatives in Mexico. Therefore, I have to be here in the US because I depend on my family on a daily basis for everything. My life is here, I have a bachelors degree, associates degree, a minor degree and high school diploma. Hopefully I can petition to stay here because of my handicapped and that way I will be able to adjust my status here and immigration can pardon me and understand my handicapped. I've heard that in Mexico they don't have ramps, people are ignorant.

Don't even think of Mexico! Once you step out of US, a 10 year ban will be slapped on you............
I am sure that not all the people in Mexico are ignorant. You may need to seek help from and experienced attorney. Before you do that, do some research and locate some attorneys who offer free consultation.
Good Luck!

What your parents did to you was gross child neglect. They should be waterboarded to explain why they didn't do something to legalize your status for two decades. If you are deported, they should be deported with you.

You don't need to be in Mexico specifically. You just need to be outside the US, in any country(ies), to wait out the 10-year ban as a penalty for being in the US illegally for over a year after your 18th birthday. If they had filed for you when you were about 14 or younger, such that the consulate would be ready to interview you before you turned 18 and a half, you could have obtained a green card by spending just a few weeks in Mexico to complete the consular formalities.

I do not agree with you, what kind of "layman" "lawman" are you? Why the hell should they be waterboarded? I know I will never get deported, because they are new laws and petitions everyday. They have been trying to legalize me since 10yrs ago. Its not their fault that the government has a broke immigration. That they take forever. and give priorities to other countries. I would rather be undocumented all my life before seeing them being deported. I got another idea maybe I should get married with a U.S. citizen. that will solve all my problems. =)

The govt has a "broke immigration"? You came here illegally and you are blaming the govt for your issues?
The fact is, at this point, there is nothing you can do. You came to this country illegally, the approved I-130 means nothing in your case. You can't adjust status, you can't even do consular processing. Even marrying a US citizen won't do anything for you since you entered into US illegally.

Hope that the DREAM act passes at some point before you are caught and deported.
