I need a serious help. I applied I-130 for my sister (petition for alien relative) as I am citizen of this country. I-130 is in the process but my sister recently got married with a guy residing in USA who has working visa. Can she apply H4 visa? Will they give visa to my sister as she has already applied I-130 and her intention is to reside in USA permanently.
