I-130 Form

hello guys,

I and My father have Green Card (F2 Category) and my father wants to apply the green card for my Mother. I find out that my father has to fill out Form I-130 and form g-325a and my mother has to fill out form g-325a. my father also prepared all the requirement documents(Pictures, marriage certificate ,birth certificates,...) and $355 check.

my mother had Green card (F2 category) and social security from 2003-2009 but she was not in the USA for like 5 years and she gave her green card to the US Immigration court by her own choice in Los aneles last year(2009).

do we need any other form to fill or prepared ?

she got her green card on 2003 and came to the USA , after 1 month she left the USA. she did not come to the USA for 6 years (2003-2009) and when she came back to the USA on 2009 an Immigration officer on airport filed up a form I-407, Abandonment of Lawful Permanent Resident Status for her and got her passport. she went to the Immigration Court with I-407 form and gave them her green card because she needed to got her passport earlier to left the USA because of her parents.

That's it. File the I-130 and wait for the priority date to become current. NVC will take it from there.
