Hi,
Became a citizen in Mar 2010. Got to file the I-130 for my sister so may be one day she can come here.

She has a 10 yr multiple entry visa at the moment. Does the filing have any impact on the visitor's visa?

How long is she looking at to move in here? 4-5 yrs? or longer? Rough idea.

Besides the I-130 what other forms do I need to file?

She has an Indian passport, has the permanent address in India, but is currently based in Doha, Qatar, with her husband, for the next 4-5 yrs. Do I keep it simple and write the Indian address in the I-130 form?

Appreciate the help as always.

It's currently taking about 10 years for siblings of USC.
It will have a impact when she will apply for another visa after this one expires.
You just need to file I-130 only.
Yeah keep it simple by requesting consular processing in India.
