I-130 for my parents and siblings

Hello:
I just received my naturalization.
I want to file I-130 for my dad, mom, sister (who is over 21), and brother (who is just 18 now).
Do I have to file separately (one application for each person) for them?
Will my brother be able to come with my parents since he is still under 21?
Thanks for the help.

Ryan

File I-130 separate application for each immigrating family member. Parents are considered immediate relatives and can receive immigrant visas in 4-6 months. Brother and sister will have to wait several years. Your brother over 18 cannot come as a child on your parents' application.
It now costs around $1300 approximately in immigration fees alone per person. And you should have sufficient income to support 4 immigrants (and of course your family). Fees are also scheduled to go up shortly.

No, but once your folks get their PR status, they can also sponsor both their kids for GCs. As long as both kids stay single, the parent based I-130s may take a few years less than the I-130s you submit.

Will my brother be able to come with my parents since he is still under 21?
