I-130 for my mother - help please

hi there, soon i will be USC and would like to know ahead of time what are the forms do i required and what is the best way of applying I-130 for my mother... should i call her on visit visa and file I-130 or should i drectly file for I-130?

Search this portal for the list of forms. The USCIS preferred way is for you to file an I-130 for her and she should get her immigrant visa at her local US consulate.
