My husband wants to apply for job permit and green card through me.
If I am a citizen do I also have to be employed in order to apply for him?
Of certain yearly income and/or ceratin amount in the bank account at the time of aaplication will do?

Thank you!

Hi!
You will need to sponsor your husband to become a permanant resident. If you don't meet the required yearly income, you can get a co-sponsor who does. See here for more details..

I can't see that you would necessarily need to be employed, but you do need to provide the last 3 years tax returns - whether they meet the required income or not.
You could use assets (if you have any) but they would need to equal 5 times the required yearly income.
As for the rest of it, read here..

Good luck!

K3 visa would be for a husband who is outside the US. If he entered the US legally already, then follow the links HappyGirl provided.
