I-130 for Brother and sisters

I want to apply for my brother and 2 sisters.I know that i have to fill form I-130 separately for each of them but can I send all the application in one package to USCIS .I want USCIS get them all together.
After applying when the approval will be send and can they come to US as visitors meanwhile? Because it is going to take 10 or more years.
