I-130 changes after acquiring citizenship

Hello,
I filed I-130 for my spouse last week as an Immigrant. I will be eligible for citizenship in next 3 months, How does current I-130 gets affected after i become citizen

Q1.Will the I-130 processing be expedited after I become a citizen? What do i have to do?
OR
Q2. Do I need to file a separate I-130 after I become citizen?

U need to file a new I130. A citizen's spouse's application will be considered in higher priority than a GC holder's spouse.

Usually you can "upgrade" your I-130 when you become a USC. I dont know if its still true.
