I-130 approved and i currently live in the us without documentation

My mother filed an I130 application on my behalf.after some a request for evidence, the petition was approved. I currently live in the US and do not want to go back home to adjust my status because It's almost guaranteed that it will be tough to get it done. Is there a waiver that can make me adjust within ? I arrived in 2004. Please give good advise
 
I am 33 years now and my mother is a USC and I entered the US legally, but the dob i used to come in to the US was wrong and the one approved is the correct one, so i will be declaring the age i came in with as the wrong one to the immigration and i don't know which form that i need to use to correct my age ? and to the first question , can i adjust within ? thanks

No, you cannot adjust status in the US based on your mother's petition. You will have to leave the US to pursue the process through a consulate.

But you probably will have to wait out a 3-year or 10-year ban, depending on what type of visa you entered with and how long you have overstayed it. What type of visa did you enter with?
 
Was your mother or father a US citizen when you were born? If yes, you may be able to claim US citizenship based on that (subject to certain conditions).

There are conflicting info on this , i thought if you are a USC child and you overstayed your visa. It will be overlooked since you entered legally but overstayed when you want to file your I-485?. My mother was not a USC when I was born. we have a visa available for the approved petition now.
