Hello All,

My mother applied for my I-130 in August 2004 when she was holding Green Card status in US and my age was above 21 at that time

Now my mother has got Citizenship so that means I am now in Family 1st category correct me please if I am wrong here ( or Can I also opt for Family 2A category), what are the possible timelines I can get the Immigration I am based in India ( Current PD is 15JUN02)

Professionally I am a Doctor(MBBS) and I have cleared USMLE exam's first two stages already so I need to move urgently for Study purposes. Is there is any other way if in case it takes more than one year I can choose another Visa option and If I got for it what will happen to my Immigration Application which was applied in Aug 2004

Your advice would be much appreciated

Many Thanks

Regards
Simran

You are FB1, and I would guess it'll take a few more years for your priority date to become current.

Unless you can get an H visa, you are unlikely to be able to come to the US until you get your immigrant visa.
