I-130 and I765 Wife GC

PLease help.

My fiancee has a GC. My question is can i File 130 and 765 concurrently?

Will I be able to do it myself?

Anything I should be aware of?
 
No, you cannot file I-130 and I485 concurrently. You are not married, and when you do get married, you still will not be able to do it, because she is not a US citizen.

You can only file for a work permit when you file I-485.

So basically, I need to first file 130. When it's approved will i then be able to file 485 and 765 together. Is that right?

yes (and PD is current). in the mean time you have no legal status based on this petition, you better maintain some kind of legal status throughout this time or go home.
