never thouhgt its gonna happen with me when im so close to file the papers for my green card but my husband was arrested today for domestic violence with our roommate. whatever the reason is i have the question :what should i do in this case? file the papers and wait for his court? but how it will affect my application if he ll be charged for violence and get a felony or Misdemeanors? ill get a lawyer for him but i dont wanna tell him about my immigration case hope someone will help me here with good advice or the same story case
 
Am I correct in assuming that your husband is the US citizen sponsoring you?
