I am a wife and overstayed. as title said, he will be apply for citizen next year.
I am going to have another baby soon,
Is there anyway I can get green card sooner than getting one after he get citizenship?

I know this won't do you any good now, but there is a bill in the US Senate to amend the language of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If the bill is approved in its current form then spouses and children of a lawful permanent resident holder will be classified as a immediate relative, so there will be no wait for a immigrant visa to become available.

It's worth noting that there have been similar bills in the past, but none have gotten anywhere. Past performance does not predict future results, but I wouldn't expect any significant changes in the law for the next 12-18 months.

Since you have overstayed, it would be advisable that you do not even attempt any other avenue. Stay put until your husband becomes a US citizen.
