I opened the web page as a customarilyy and routinly entered the case number and read the message... WOW ...

I am very happy N happy
( as I do not drink , I celebrated with a Coke :D - don't laugh folks I want to follow the customs of my friends without leaving my lifes-principles)

Thank you very much guys for you support and more of criticism.
Some people enjoyed me and many could not tolerate me.

But in my real life, I got good number of lessons ( after coming to US ) that are learnt in a hard and humiliating way. So at times I burst on some silly comments... I cannot do except to beg to apolozise now.

This forum is developed into a memorable life time experience.
Probably I will remember in my life for ever and pass on to my children as a stories and will collect as my old age memories. !!

Also please correct me if I am wrong that you are from Sub-Continent but not from India.

Anyway everything is irrevelent. The main thing is you got the Green Card. Please enjoy as much you can and take the Friday off. Each of us need to celebrate when we will get our respective GC. We deserve that.

My guess is 1amShantanuB is an indian and a Telugu guy. It's difficult to guess if he is Habib or not. The fact that he does not drink, gives some weightage to the point that he is a Muslim (i mean Habib). Based on my observation, the number of indian males(in USA) who does not drink is < 10%. But the percentage is much higher among muslim indians.
 
Do you guys want to believe this approval until 1amShantanuB gives more details like his RD/ND/FP and EAC#?
 
So the alternate personality of patience GC( according to IAMS..B) also got approved - interesting. This must be the first case where BCIS issued two GC's for the same physical person.

If he is Telegu - he must be very weird - because he has been reaping apart the South Indian community wih his postings like INS is delaying processing for applications which smells of sambar etc . etc.

That's where most of the north indians are wrong. Due to some historical reasons (All south india used to be Madras state till 1950's), North indians treat all south indians as one (madrasis), which is very much untrue. There are lot of differences in mentalities and behaviours between Tamilians, Telugus, Kannadigas and Malayalees. Sambar is associated with Tamilians and this guy (1amShantanu) hates Tamilians. That's the story

I know that your's is May'02 case. I was wondering how it got approved so soon. Is it an Age Out case ? How old are you ?
