Freineds any idea how vermount is working.
Some people who filed inmay/june are waiting for 140 approval
july cases are approved. some guys cases filed in feb approved after 200 + days , these guys didnot get any RFE. I guess those case are dealt by lazy officers maybe . Anyway let us pray every body cases approved without any RFE's .

Anybody filed in JUlY/AUG '02 got Finger print notices? howm uch time it will take for FP after applying 485 any idea?

what is meaning of it

they dont have any control on what they doing , sinply check the forms and status and say apporve. that's all

i don t know if they hire us we will approve all the cases of that month. what do u say :)
 
Patience is the name of the game, brother.

You could be too early to be expecting. FP notice can come anywhere from the 1st month till a few weeks before AD. Its best to have the FP come towards the second helf otherwise the FP needs to be done again (1 year validity).

Rec'd FP notice after 7 months of RD. Got approved exactly a year after RD. Those who did FP before me are still waiting. I don't think FP has any bearing.

will they update our case status from time to time? Hoe much time medicals will valid , it is also 1 year like canada medical .I guess US medical will valid longer than canada medical .what the doctor told me was blood test will valid for 1 year.

As far as my knowledge from this and other forum goes, Medicals before submission to INS are valid for a year, and after submission to INS are valid for eternity. I may be wrong, please check the Archives, and do correct me if I am wrong.
 
I think the INS and doctors have same kind of deal. they will collect huge money from them to be as classified DR. Because when tested for TB , they said it is +ve asked for chest X-ray, they didn't even verified the X-ray , simple said u dont have TB. simpley charge 78$ for each X-ray.

So july16 i guess u r right they will valid. may be if it longer then we have to do our blood report. My friends from NSC cases took morethan 14 months he didnot even asked for re-medical so we are okay
