OP=Original poster of thread.
Withdrawal letter does not have to be complicated. Simply write a letter with your full name and A# with a sentence that you wish to withdraw application.
Withdraw does not affect renewal of GC.
 
I will write a withdraw letter to USCIS

Thank you Bob, I will write a simple withdraw letter in June or doing nothing. As the FP notice says, if you do not have your fingerprint done within the time, your application will be abandoned.
