Charles,
If you have already received Notice of Actions for all your applications, then make a copy of each and write a letter of withdrawal of petitions. Mail it back to the office which send you the Notice of Action.
How long it takes???? It is a mystery to us all, because if you don't know this rule, you cannot rush a bureaucracy...
