what if your disability is from birth or is from before the legal working age, and because of the limitations you were never able to work and pay into the system...can you still qualify or qualify under your sponsor's employment history and paying into the system?

Based on the sponsor? Only if the sponsor is a spouse, I'd imagine, and there are household income cutoffs.

At the end of the day, there is no free lunch.
