How to updated information on Form I-130

I have applied for my brother last year. Now he is getting married. How do I updated the application that I filed for him last year ? I would like to include his wife's information to the application so she also gets included in the process.
 
No need to do anything now. Whenever it becomes current, wife and kids can be included at that time.

Just wanted to make sure my understanding. Does it then mean that updating the application with his wife's information does not put her ahead of the line or anything, right ? In other word, whatever years it may take (10 -15 yrs currently) for his visa to be currently, it is gone to be the same, right ?

I assume he is the one will be applying for his wife (derived from his application), correct ?
