how to request to correct name on EAD card

Gurus,

I have couple of question here and need your help.

1) On my EAD card, USCIS print my name in-correct, please let me know how to request/ask USCIS to correct their mistake?

2)This year I am planning to go back to home country for vacation by using AP and i would like to know what will be the my situation if my priority date become current and my pending is I-485 approved while I am in home country.

--- Do you have the Copy of the form that you sent to USCIS for EAD? Did you write your name correct on the form? if filed through lawyer did the lawyer wrote your correct name on the form?

---if you are out of US and have Valid AP or valid H1stamp and I-485 gets approved then you can enter US with AP and at POE they will inform you that your I-485 is approved and will admit you. If you know that your Green Card is printed and sent to your US address then if somebody is coming to your country then he/she can bring the Card and can give it to you and you can enter with GC.

Yes. I did applied EAD my self and name is correct on filed application.

Then send the Copy of the EAD application that you submitted to USCIS+copy of EAD with incorrect info. Explain the situation on cover letter and cover letter must have your Name, DOB, A#, Pending I-485 receipt# and mail it to Service center where you applied EAD. Send the documents with certified return receipt and out side the envelope write in big bold letter: Incorrect information printed on EAD.
Or talk to your Company lawyer for correct info as USCIS may ask to return the EAD with incorrect information.
