How to put NIW packet

Hi folks,
I have NIW packet ready for submission. I am not hiring an attorney. I want to know how to stack my application in sequence wise.

I-140 with check
Petition letter
List of Exhibits
Exhibits

Is this a correct way?
Also, should I put anything on the mailing evelope other than mailing address?
I am not doing premium processing so can I send it by fedEx or pirorty mail?

Your question raises more questions. The NIW is for either a Physician meeting specific criteria OR an EB-2 with exceptional ability. Certain EB-1's do not require a labor cert and/or an actual job offer.

What actual job category are you trying for? E1-1 Extraordinary Ability? E1-2 Outstanding Professor/Researcher? EB-2 Physician? EB-2 NIW based on Exceptional Ability “means a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered in the sciences, arts, or business.”?
