How to obtain a copy of US Arrival Entry Stamp in passport.

Would anyone know how one could obtain a copy of the entry stamp that is stamped in the passport. I have been a permanent resident since January of 2007. My original passport with which I entered the country was lost and I do not have a copy of the entry stamp. I tried calling the USCIS toll free number. But their hours were done.

why i need it

i am student who has filed for financial aid. however i need to gain an exemption from selective services which is the American army. they need a copy of my entry stamp to give me the exemption as I am over 26 years old.

the financial aid office cant go ahead with my paperwork without the exemption.

Well, I finally spoke to someone in USCIS and they re-directed me to www.cbp.gov to see If I can get a copy or proof of my arrival.
