Hi Guys,
I am in crucial position.

My mother-in-law visited us and got I-94 upto August. We applied for extension in July since wanted to stay till November. We sent our original I-94 alongwith Extension application. But recently due to ill health of Family member we want to travel.
What are our options?
She does not have original I-94 (we have copy) and Visa is expired.

Thanks in Advance,
Lakshya

She will not be stopepd from boarding a plane if her I-94 is missing. As proof of departure (for future US entries), she should hold onto the boarding pass.

Got email

Hello Friends,

It does not say anything.
Is it their normal email?
What are the chances (based on my receipt date is July 17th and Decision date is August 25th)?
Keeping my fingers crossed...
