how to invite MIL, FIL and aunt

Hi,
My husband and I are in EAD.
We would like to invite my MIL, FIL and my husbands aunt to visit us for a month.
What visa shd we apply for?
Can i invite my husbands aunt?
Can i send all 3 for interview on the same day?
How much Bank balance shd I show?
They cannot prove sponsor on their own, so what shd I do?

I am setting an appointment for my MIL/FIL and aunt(friend not a relative).
Should I send them all in the same slot or should I send my aunt seperately?

How much bank balance shd my aunt have to prove her sponsorship?

Also, My BIL and his wife newly married, want to visit US and travel for a month. They are in their twenties. How are their chances?

When I say, self-sponsored, I truly mean self-sponsored. In other words, you do not have to send them anything. They need to qualify on their own. It is a very simple process, the DS-156, that is.
