How to revoke previously filed G-28
My I-140 was denied and subsequently approved after filing MTR 290B. I filed my MTR with help from user UnitedNations and no lawyer was involved.
For details about my case, please see my post in the following thread:

So the MTR was filed on behalf of my employer (petitioner), no G-28. Now I received the letter from USCIS, to inform me that my 485 has been re-opened. I received a courtsey copy and my lawyer, who originally filed my 140 and 485 received the original letter. As expected, this implies that for my 485, original G-28 is still valid.
My concern is that if I get any RFE etc. on my 485, my lawyer may not respond in a good way as I did not use his services for filing my MTR. I do not want to substitute another lawyer's G-28 for my 485. So, what is the best way to get rid of the previously filed G-28.
Thanks in advance for your help.
