How to come back to US...485 Motion probably going to open

Hi all,

Need some guidance!!!

my 485 was denied due to wierd case of H1 in Dec 2005. Lawyer filed a motion to reopen.
I left USA in JAN END since there was bleak hope. I was not on H1 , but on EAD which expired in March 2006 along with Advance parole.

Now it seems my case is going to be opened. Any ideas on how to come back to US if that happens????

CAN I file a I-131 from India???

GURUS PLEASE HELP.

I was in my 7th year of stay in US. Did not file for extension after 6th year.

So probably cant file H1 for another year. My Gc sponsoring company will not take me back. Can do AC-21 if i get back to US.

Anybody in similar situation???? Please advice

Options in such a case are almost non-existent. It is an unfortunate truth.
