How to cancel dependant Visa(H4)

Hi,
One of my friends got married and he brought his wife on H4 visa. She is acting very weird. She is not leading a family life with him. She does not care about anything. She goes out leaving the house unlocked when he leaves for office. She is forced to marry by her parents it seems. She is not even ready to leave US. She is not ready for divorce.Her basic intention is to use his money and leave him once she get a job. He is very upset with her attitude. She is basically black mailing him if he does not listen to her she will do whatever she wants.
Her H4 is valid for one year and he can not take risk of keeping her for that long. Can he cancel her H4 and send her back to India? Please advise.

-------------how she use his money? if he got her Credit cad he can cancel that credit card, if she use his check then is need to be signed by your friend and he should not sign. If he has joint account and she has ATM then he can make his account separate and she will not having any income in her account if she is on H4
once she get a job.
------------------------how can she get job on H4?

--he can send her to India but cant cancel her H4 visa stamp to do that he need to get Divorce

your friend should talk to good lawyer with all the details/evidence of her behaviour with him

Who wants to take that risk?
