How to bring dependents after I-485 approval?

My wife and kids I-485 was filed along with me in Aug 2007 and we moved to India early 2009. I returned to the US recently and planning to bring my family in couple of months.

As I see dates are becoming current and visa numbers are made available, wondering what options I have for my family to enter into US after my I-485 getting approved for me.
Both my wife and kids do not have a valid AP.

Appreciate your thoughts.

So, were you casualties of RETROGRESSION in Visa Availabilty? The Advance Parole is not required for valid H status so, the pending I-485's may still be valid. If they did not have AP, they can still enter on valid H-4 visa admissions. Have they tried to do that?
