I did FP in 1/7, but get a note from mail. I have to re-do the FP in February. I am very worry that the second FP is not eligible again. i am in San Jose office. Please give me suggestion. Thanks.
There is some kind of cream or lotion you can rub on your hands for a few days to improve the chances of your fingerprints being successfully read. I don't remember what it is, but someone else on the forum probably knows.

Well, they certainly did not keep you hanging very long, at least that's a good sign for that Office! IF the prints are unclassifiable a second time, they will send you a letter asking for you to get Police Letters instead.
IF that happens, get the letters and make an Infopass appointment. Make it clear to whomever you speak to that you have got the Police Letters (you can show them but don't need to hand them over until the interview--you don't want them to get lost in a file room) AND point out that the system needs a prompt to get you scheduled. If the Information Officer does not understand what to do, calmly and politely ask to speak to the Clerical Supervisor over naturalization applications. (S)he will know exactly what you are talking about and what to do to get your interview scheduled. This unfortunate glitch in the system often leaves people languishing for many months or even years. Don't be one of those statistics.
