How to apply AP by myself

check for $170
copy of old AP[if any]
copy of EAD[if any]
2 pictures - enter A# and name on backside of picture

You forgot one important thing. You also need need to fill out form I-131

Form I-131
copy of I-485 filing reciept
copy of passport (better send color copy of passport page that has name, DOB, and photo)
copy of I-94 (front and back)
check for $170
copy of old AP[if any]
copy of EAD[if any]
Copy of DL( better send Color copy)
2 pictures - ( write your Name, A#, DOB with pencil back side of photographs)

Send it to correct address of your service center.
out side the envelpe write in big bold letters: Form I-131 for Advance Parole.

*** on cover letter write your Name, DOB, A#, I-485 filing reciept # and write what documents are attached, sign the letter with date and your address on it

Thank you all for your help. What is TSC's mailing address for I-131s? Is it the one with PO Box? Fedex and UPS will not deliver to that kind of addresses. Thanks.
