How soon to file H1 B Extension?

My H1-B expires May 2004. I need to file an extension. Can I file the extension now (9/11/2003) or do I need to wait a while like six months before expiration?

Is there a premium processing for H1B extension?

Can you give me a good link pertaining to filing of h1B extension forms?

Form I-129 and your employer has to get new LCA from DOL, you can find the forms on BCIS site or go to www.immihelp.com and search for fill able form you will find I-129
 
How soon to file H-1B extension

BCIS will accept applications 6 months before the expiration date.

Premium Processing is available for H-1B extensions.
