Can any body give his/her experience of how soon one got response from Vermont Service Center for B2 extension/denial?

Vermont is averaging 2.5 months.

It seems nobody had applied from Vermont service center in the recent past for an extn of visitor visa. What TC had mentioned is based on the website/

My friend just informed me that his parents' extn request is approved. Receipt Date was November 2, 2009 & Approval Notice Date was November 18, 2009 and received the envelope today.
Very fast indeed.
