I've got married to a USC 12/26/2010 and received my GC dated 05/10/2011.
I have lived in US for over 10 years, when would be the soonest I can apply for [EDIT!!!!!!!!! - I meant to remove my conditional GC status!]... I got ahead of myself.

You got a long way to go! You're not even on your permanent green card yet. You got another 3 years or so to go at the earliest. Happy trails!

February 11, 2014, if you remain married and in a marital union, make no long trips abroad and don't get arrested.

As I understand it; during 90 days before expiration of your conditional GC. (if 5/10/13 is date of expiration on your card you got to apply between 2/10/13 and 5/10/13)

Why the big concern? Are you already planning a divorce?

I just find this question to be very odd for someone who has just received a GC if it is based on a "real" marriage.

We're in a completely happy marriage. I just wanted to know because having a US Citizenship will greatly help as far as my careers (especially when my background is Criminal Justice). And I asked about removing of my conditional status, because that's the step before applying for USC, right?

Yes, you need to apply for removal of conditions before you can apply to be a USC (unless you qualify for a fast-track exemption such as military service and can skip directly to citizenship eligibility).

You definitely need to remove the conditions on your green card and become a permanent resident first. Only then you will become eligible to file in your citizenship application.Make sure that you accumulate sufficient years to account for the continuous residence criteria.
