How soon can I apply for H-1 transfer from firstH-1?

I am coming to US this month on H-1 of my consulting company. They want me to stay in US for only 45 days. I got my H-1 visa couple of months back and coming to US for the first time.

Can any other company apply for my H-1 transfer as soon as I come to US? Or is there any minimum time I should stay with the original company before H-1 transfer can be applied? Also is it necessary to have pay slips to apply for transfer? Or can I apply for H-1 transfer as soon as I land in US? Appreciate your input on this.

You can appy ttransfer as soon as you land in US , in this case you do not need a pay stub.

Thanks Great Guru for your feedback. Appreciate it and will apply for H-1 as soon as I am in US. This is the first time I am going to be in US.
