How Serious this case??Please Advice

I have valid HIB &I94 and Visa stamped Upto 2006 Feb with my current company"" A "which i am working currently.I am getting pay and everything perfectly.But couple of month back they said they have some problem with LCA and they are going to reapply my HIB with new LCA.But i didn't get the new one yet.Ok here is my questions.

1)My current LCA and what they are paying is 98% same.I am not sure why they reapply?(I think they are just .....lying)

2)If i wish to change my HIB to company B next month can i use my current HIB Doc's with recent pay slip.

Plese advise

1. Maybe it was an amendment - salary or additional locations . You can use Freedom of Information Act to find whether a LCA amendment was applied with dept of labor without your employer's knowledge. It will be helpful to find out whether there was an amended LCA or not...

2. yes you can. The new company has to apply for a new LCA so what your company did with your LCA is irrelevant for H1 transfer.
