how many years ban for overstaying B2 by 2 months

Hi,
my I-94 expired on sept 5 2009 , i overstayed cause i wanted to stay with my fiancee who is a US citizen, her mom was in the hospital she needed my support. Im on B2 i met her a 5 months back. I need to go home and take care of my personal stuff at home.
i want to go back to my country, she wants to come over to my country later after her mom has recovered completely.
We want to get married ,and apply for K1 or any appropriate visa to enter US again,
Will i get a ban for my 2 month overstay??, and will it create a problem for us getting together, she doesnt mind living with me in my country as long as it takes.
 
Can i apply thru Direct Consular filing or CR-1 later if i want to come back to the US???. she wants to live with me in my country. Will we be able to come back to the US after a couple of years???

which country is ur native country where you are planning to reside in for the time being and how long has she spent in that country ? there is a notion that if you(your spouse who is the US citizen) stay in the country where you are going for DCF, for 2 months its considered to be a significant amount of time and you can prove that you are a resident of that country and you can go for DCF and get the process adjudicated and the immigration process kick started. You do have the option of K3 and later on 485 (for AOS)
 
im from India and we plan to stay in India(Mumbai) . i need to take care of my property.
one problem i can think of is my fiancee got divorced 2 years back. her ex husband was also from India , the marriage was arranged by their parents but they did not get along well, he was abusive and controlling..He got his citizenship thru her.She is trying to get marriage annulled claiming he fraudulently married her for green card .
