How many times can we change jobs on AC21

Is there any limitation on how many times we can change Jobs on AC21?
What I mean is if I join a company on using AC21 and shortly after Joining, If I leave the company and take up another job, would that negetively effect at the time of I-485 Interview (if called for Interview) ?

I have used AC21 for the second time and recently joined in a company. They are creating problems to give me EVL letter. I wanted to inform INS as soon as I joined, but they are saying they can consider giving EVL letter only if INS asks for it. They are saying they cannot assure that they will be able to give the EVL letter even if INS asks also. They are saying they will think about it at that time. At the time of joining they promised they help me with my EVL letter but now they are changing their words. I am not feeling confident with this company. So, I want to change the job using AC21 again for third time. Would this create any problems for me?

----- NO, just update the USCIS and send new comany AC21 letter

------ no problem change that employer ASAP and before joining new employer ask them if they are ready to give you future permanent job offer letter
