How many pics for I-485? and other questions

Hi,
My wife filed 130 for me when she was GC holder, now she is citizen and 130 got approved. I need to file 485 now all together there will be:

# I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
# G-325A, Biographic Information
# a copy of your I-797, Notice of Action (if the petition was already approved).
# I-864, Affidavit of Support
# I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status

How many photos I will need to send 2 or 4?
Also since she filed 130 as GC holder and now she is citizen do I need to send copy of her naturalization cert. with my aplication? I cant find any info on this one. Thank you very much!

** use the new form G-325A from USCIS site
 
ALSO!!!! Police clearances - it says in 485 instructions "see instructions to supliment form if you need to submit police clerances" in my case supliment is A485 and there is nothing about police clerance. Does it mean I dont need it?

As I understand it, you don't need the supplement form (in fact most people don't need it) unless you file I-485 under 245(i), i.e., as long as you were inspected upon entry and your presence in the U.S. has been legal.

I-765 Employment Authorization EAD ( 2 photos of applicant)
I-131 Advanced Parole AP (2 photos of applicant)
