How many old timers are still pending?

10 months...

My signature reveals it all....I am wondering if any of you are seeing LUD's on your prior H1 petitions. I have switched 3 employers prior to the current one with whom I filed GC using Sub labor. I am seeing an LUD every second month on those old H1 petitions including one on 11/04.

I keep thinking those are related to Name check...and one day these will stop and trigger an LUD on my 485. I wish this theory becomes true.
 
Just filed WOM on 11/21. Will see what happens next. Anyone knows the WOM successful rates at different states? I'm im Michigan.

I have a question about WOM and since you are dealing with it right now maybe you have the answer.

My case has been pending for more than a year (since october of 06) and the dates are current. Do you think i can also go for WOM right now or there is something which stops me from going with WOM before waiting atleast two years.

My impression and conclusion was that the longer your case has been delayed the better the chance you can win WOM. You have to show the judge that you have tried various administrative ways to get your delay solved.

For my case, I have done everything I could and my case has been pending for almost 4 years.

I was surprised to see that both the clerk at court and the worker at post office were familiar with such documents. There must have been quite a few of people doing this.

I am also in the same sh*t....NC cleared in June,2007 as per IO, Senator and FBI. Visa numbers are available and PD is current (EB3, 2000).

WOW,

Seeing some of you guys ahead of me, I feel terrible of your pain. I used to feel I am so unlucky. I sincerely feel you must be approved first as per PD. Now that 180 days rule comes into effect, I hope those cases in name check are approved..
