How many old timers are still pending?

How soon one can get out of this NC nightmare is purly his luck. I have been stuck at NC for 45 months. And I know a friend who has been stuck 54 months at NC now.

Funny enough, those whose NC got cleared quickly don't even believe there is such nightmare for us.

Actually i did talk to IO about latest LUD, she said they are moving lot cases to review area. Did any one got the similar LUDs too?
 
Yes, I second you. I have been stuck for 34 months and I think it will be easy for me to catch up with your 45 months and your friend's 54 months.

Hope they look at the PD,s when an offcer is appointed.

Hi,
I am in the same boat and it is turning into a nightmere now.
PD- sept 2001, Eb3 India .
tried calling Snetor, First Lady, USCIS, Lawyer .... nothing got any results so far.
