USCIS: Background Check Open
FBI: Name Check done in May 2003 and sent back on the same day they received it
Ombudsman: If you do not hear in 45 days, get back to us (as per Aug 15h Letter)
Current Status: Approached IL Senator and praying to god
 
Count me in ... BTW, there is a new billl getting introduced for Name Check. I don't know how much it will help us ....
 
People who filed I-485 in 2007 also have become old timer. I can understand that some of these guys were in Labor queue for a while. In that sense they are also old timers. But I thought this thread is for people waiting in I-485 queue for atleast 2 to 3 years.
 
I am watiing for almost 3 years for my I-485 applications

28 months almost.... FBI Namecheck is pending. I-485 RD EB2 India is June 2005.
Did everything....congressman etc...may this new bill brings some funds to FBI to devote more resources to this immigration guillotine called Namecheck.

Running on III EAD / parole

Nebraska Service Center AP is a different story in its own.

4+ months...online status pending / did not receive any papers and today I/O told me in Infopass that it was approved in Oct 5th....do not know what to do ?
