How many July 2003 left without Approval

Hi All,

Want to find out how many of us on this forum are left without approval with ND July 2003, may be that will make me feel little bit better if I am not the only one left out without approval. I know some of you are religiously maintaining 2003.xls but it shows only few approval for july. If you can provide with LUD, FP info that would be great. Wishing everyone a speedy approval. :confused:
 
1st FP for me and my wife done on 10/02/04.
LUD changes: 10/16 (for FP) and 11/01 (no change in description)

There are dozens of July people in the 2003 tracker who aren't yet approved (http://immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=983692#post983692).

The last scan that nemessis did on 11/10/04 (post #171 at http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?p=983703#post983703) showed that only 30-40% of July cases had been completed (approved / transferred / denied/withdrawn). Hopefully he'll be able to do a new scan soon.

The historical data at www.immigrationwatch.com is a couple weeks out of date now but it shows similar numbers for July 2003.

2nd EAD/AP ND Aug-04
2nd EAD/AP AD ???

1st FP done 15-Oct-04 (LUD changed on 11-10-04 that they received FP results ....)

I-485 ND Jul-03
I-485 AD ????

No RFE.
Several Inquires, including congressman, employer etc.

Simple case one employer, same job

Any guess please????

My message did not change any time till today .Still says application rcvd blaaaa blaaaa .......
Sent an email for name check no reply. Called FP check at FBI number . Was sent back to VSC on the same day

Simple case
Same employer
RFE on Labour
RFE on EAD too .......
Just do not know when the saga is going to end

Now I just got a notice for my wife to come back for 1FP . Seems FBI rejected the FP. Now change in her message too.

it is nice to know
I need to take my wife again on Dec 22 for her 1 FP again. Last time she did with the machine now I think they will take the ink print
May be that is where VSC is stuck but I am the primary

hello everyone, looks like we are being skipped over?? sent fbi mail oon oct 13 for name check and no reply. don't know whats going on.
