How many July 2003 left without Approval

Its like lotto from here on .......

It looks like lotto to me. Cannot come up with a better explanation.........

Each morning the Immigration Officer pick randomly bunch of files from July, Aug, Sept and Oct of 03

Approval depends on our chances of getting lucky.

The good news is that the chances are better than winning the Mega Million Lotto.

So are you going to get LUCKY today :D .........Lets See....... :confused:

Question to goodluckgc2003 regarding PD

Hey goodluckgc2003

My PD is 05/01/2002 ( LC Approval). I do think it will be a miracle if something happens to my case before Dec 31 2004 . From Jan 1 2005 , my case will be on the back burner.

Hoping that a lot of people do get approved by Dec 31 2004 so that they do not get stuck in the process of approval just like me

Online message says "App recived....blah blah..."
Not sure what is going on...... !!!!!!!!!

I wish they give everyone a green card ...NO questions asked :D

I did have some LUD changes on my I 485.
Since they did not change the message even after FP I think I am out of my lady luck for this FY.

My lawyer told me that the straight terms that getting an approval before Jan 1 2005 is very remote.

Looks like Concurrent Filers and Subsitute labour are the winners this year.I am going again to USCIS center for my wife 1 FP on Dec 22,2004 .

I am keeping a wish that would trigger something. :cool:

Why did your lawyer mention that chances of approval before Jan 1 are slim-none ?

Also by your signature your priority date should be 10/2001 and not
05/01/2002 ???

Reasons why the lawyer said chance are remote
1. No message change after 1 FP was completed
2. Holiday Season
3. I am just unlucky ;- ) ( just kidding )
4. PD - 05/01/2002. Which means i am past the PD of USCIS for sending an approval


According to her PD is the day when Labor gets Approved. I do not have the orginal paper work and my company did not give me any paper work.

After Approval of I 140 I have every thing thanks to some changes in HR dept

I also checked my I 40 Approval copy. The PD is 05/01/2002 . Hence I am assuming my PD is 05/01/2002
