how many days to see approval/RFE/denial after LUD change(s) for 140?

Its been more than 70 days since i sent a response to 140 RFE. How is VSC doing on 140 RFE cases lately? Does anyone wait more than 2 months after RFE response is sent? Heard that VSC is slow in processing RFEs, is it true?

RFE vs. Intent to Deny

Hey folks

just received an Intent to Deny on my 140 app. But it does indicate that they are looking for further evidence on tax returns

Does RFE mean the same as intent to deny ?

I new here. I read a lot on the website. A lot of good info. Thanks for everybody.

Here I post my situation here. could somebody give me some recomandation How I can proceed?

My company hire the atteny to file my I-140 on 2003 Dec, got the reciept of I-140 on 12/29/2003. On Jun 2004, atteny help to file the I-485. at that time, my I-140 wasn't approved yet. Therefore my filing was called concurrent filing. Later on because the cut off date. My I-485 can't be approved.

My question is: Is my I-140 should be approved? because alsmost two year, my I-140 wasn't approved. I checked my case on the CIS website. On June 2004 when my I-485 was files, there was some update on the date. Then nothing changes. 2005 March, I got my finger print done, some update on my I-485. Then after that nothing. You know I really want my I-140 to be approved because the visa cut off date. I talked to lawer about this. They said they will do something.

could somebody tell me how to experdite my I-140. Because No concurrent approval any more. Vermont should have I-140 approved.

I am EB3(2).

What is happening wiht I140

I filled my I140/485 in May 2005 but still there's no lud or any updates.

Mine is Sub-Labor ( i140 had been approved for the original person and he didnt file 485). When filling my layer attached a letter with the approved I140 WAC number to substitute me.

In September, I saw a LUD on this approved 140, does this mean they started looking into my case? but no changed into my i140.

Any ideas?

Hi Friends,

I am very happy to share my good news. My I-140 got approved yesterday.

I checked my emails yesterday night 10:30 PM PST and was very happy to see the approval email.

Now have to wait in 485 queue.

I see several ppl geting their approval email around 10, 10:30PM. Is vermont center working all day long or they do update after 10pm?

my 140 and 485 denied..
notice issued on Jan 11th, recieved on 14 or 15th.
niw case, denial says third prong(Labor issue) not satisfied..
had begun journey in 2002, got fooled by first employer,had no way and later began the niw preparation which took almost 12 months..

i responded to 140 a2p RFE on 11/11 (LUD : 11/14 - response received)
after that i noticed LUD changes 1/23 for both 485 and 140 . (Labor PD : 02/2003 )
Lawyer has not received any denials
I have not received 485 denial yet

Does it usually take longer to receive the denial notices ?

my worry is three of my friends with LUD of 18.11.2005 and 22.11.2005 have been asked for RFE on 15 dec 2005,but LUD my since 22/11 hasn't changed.
this worry is really killing me......thinking weather its for denial/approval /has my officer has gone on leave and will send me my RFE as new year gift....
if anyone has got any idea what may happen pls..let me know.

Fingers crossed over my LUD

Finally, I saw an LUD on my case today. Hopefully, its a good sign. I wonder if they updated it cos it was my B'day today. I will update the form once I receive any news (good or bad).

Just received the RFE letter from USCIS. The RFE is ability to pay, W2 and education. Lawyer is preparing the document. Will let you know what happen next.

My lawyer responded to my 140 RFE 2 weeks back but i don't see any status update on the USCIS web site. It still says we have issued RFE on .....

Anyone with such an issue ?
