LUD on 140

There was LUD yesterday and again today on my i140. Are we still looking at
within 2 week for approval ??
2-4 week for REF ??
more than 4 week Denial ?? :confused:

Most of the cases worked like that.
It happened to me also. Check my signature. :mad:
 
How many days do we get to reply the RFE

Does anybody has an idea about how much time we get to reply the RFE for I-140 ?
 
I-140 Approved after long wait of RFE

Finally See those golden words. REcv. 4 emails yesterday ..

Heard from friend, he got 90 days to respond to his query(ability to pay).

My RFE response was received on 3/31, and LUD changes occured on 3/31, 4/1 and 4/4. After that it's been abso quiet. LSaspirant - looks like we fall in the same time line. Patiently waiting.

GannyMids - regarding time to respond to RFE - I got 90 days to respond as well. Although I understand that it can vary from case to case.

Waiting for I140 after RFE

hi guys
i am in the same boat. I responded to the RFE on 16 March. i had LUD's on 17, 18,21,22. after that nothing. :(

i had seen some members with the same LUD's getting approved on friday.

MY P.D. is june 2001. can anyone let me know when i can come out of waiting period.

This gives me some hope good or bad soon. My case is typical.
 
Any idea on how many days VSC takes to update the msg of RFE response recieved.

I got an RFE on Ability to Pay and we responded back on 04/14/2005. Till date i have not seen and LUD changes on my I-140. Any idea on this. Do they udpate the status msg showing that they have recieved the RFE.
