How many days it is taking to get the card physically mailed, after approval message.

I got the approval message on June 18 and received the card on June 23. However for my wife i haven't received the card yet but for both of us approved on June 23.
Please advice. Is anyone in the same situation and is there anything we need to do from our side and the lawer is helpless, unable to reach them

Received cards. here is the info.

Received 'Card Production Ordered' email on 07/05/07.
Received 'Card Mailed' email on 07/10/07.
Received welcome letter and cards on 07/14/07

Card Valid from: 06/02/07; Expires: 07/05/17

PD Feb 2005
RFE May 11, 2007 for birth certificate
NSC Received RFE June 20, 2007 (took awhile to avail of affidavits from my home country, Philippines)

Received welcoming mail July 17, 2007
Received physical card July 18, 2007
