Received 3rd fp, but local bcis phoenix office mentioned that 2nd fp print is valid for one year and to disregard 3rd fp notice.

As I mentioned before some random scanning for
eac-02-055
eac-02-065 and so on...
shows us the next 'bright' picture
- about 30% have resume or RFE,
- about 25%-30% transfers.

What is more interesting
10 to 15% are not receiving even second FP.
Since early 2002, for 2 years these unhappy (lost?)
files are untouched.
No even auto FP after 15 months...

So it is a real MESS at VSC,
and no any logic may be applied there.
