How long to get the EAd/AP receipt?

I applied for EAD and AP renewal by myself by paper (not online), when will I get a receipt for these?

Thanks! I am in limbo not knowing what's going on, whethere they have accepted or rejected the application.

My checks got cashed in today for the EAD/AP renewals and I got the receipt numbers from the back of the checks.

The wait continues...

The application receipt date was 6/28/04 and they cashed in today 7/1/04, pretty quick I thought. Hopefully they are quick about processing the application also and not just cashing the check.
