How long it takes for H1 receipt?

My employer has filed H1 transfer. How long does it take CSC to respond with the receipt letter?

Long time..

I applied for my 9th year H1B extension on April 2nd, 2007. I still haven't got my reciept yet. Moreover, i applied via Premium processing.

Are there others who are facing similar situation?
